  • Why do you need a china sourcing agent?

    From our experience, it is definitely wiser for buyers to work with a Chinese sourcing agent than to deal with a factory directly from abroad. We check the maker, the sample and the cartons in person, in the same time zone as your supplier.

  • What is the order process for custom products?

    Send the drawing or a reference piece. We quote, sample, adjust the finish with you, then run production with a first-article check before the full batch is cut.

  • What after-sales services do you offer?

    Faulty units are returned or replaced at the factory’s cost, and we hold the remaining stock in Dalian so re-orders ship without a new production run.

  • What are the minimum order quantities?

    For jewellery, first runs usually start around 300 pieces per design. Simpler pieces and repeat orders can go lower — ask and we will check with the maker.

  • Do you handle plating and material certificates?

    Yes. Nickel, lead and cadmium tests are arranged with a third-party lab and the certificates are issued in your company’s name.

  • How is my packaging artwork handled?

    Print proofs are produced and photographed before the run, and the files stay with the packaging supplier we introduce — never shared with other buyers.
